MARKETING PLAN
Without a marketing
plan (however detailed or basic) a business cannot hope to be as
successful as it deserves.

1) THE GOALS
YOU SET
- the short
term goals defined by the current position your business is in
- eg. you may not yet have an online presence, or may have a site
that lacks drive or punch due to the absence of certain important
items. The short term plan can outline these areas, specify deadlines
for implementing any required changes and identify who should
do what.
- the medium
term goals - where you want to be one year from now.
- the long
term goals - where you want to be 5-10 years from now

and long term plans include ongoing marketing strategies for building

2) SYSTEMATIC
MARKETING STRATEGIES
- in order
to succeed in business you need to advertise on a regular basis.
There are of course many ways you can do this. Some though not
all methods will be appropriate for your business - your short
term goals may require different strategies to your medium or
long term goals, although many will also interlap.
3) PERIODIC
REVIEWS
- your plan
should include monthly/quarterly/annual reviews to ascertain "where
you are now" and what might need to be changed, added or removed
from your campaign in order to keep it on track
